Firstcry ME's product page was leaking revenue and its design library was dead. As Lead Product Designer I rebuilt both: a redesigned PDP grounded in usability testing, and a bilingual Figma design system replacing Adobe XD. Cart abandonment fell ~35%. QA defects fell ~40%.

I started in electronics engineering in Jaipur and ended up obsessed with the human side of the circuit.

B.Tech at LNMIIT, design roles at Metafic and Firstcry Middle East, an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction at Nottingham, and now freelance in London. I approach design the way an engineer approaches a system: define the failure modes, then remove them.
